Accountabilities
- Have a good understanding of the customers we serve and build customer empathy for the issues and challenges they face.
- Work directly with customers and the business to define product roadmaps that enable the business to meet its growth and vision goals. Learn how to effectively use tools such as a Product board to give shape to a product roadmap.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations by keeping all relevant stakeholders up to date on project results. Learn to effectively use tools such as Azure DevOps and Monday.com to better manage project deliverables.
- Share your customer knowledge and insights by collaborating closely with developers to deliver planned functionalities and with Quality Assurance engineers to achieve excellence.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
- Ensure relevant documents are prepared and shared timely with all relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver the following artifacts as needed:
- Functional/business requirements document, supporting mapping documents, and use cases.
- Strategic test plans and test cases in concert with the QA team.
- Ensure functional requirements are signed off by all key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science, management, or related disciplines.
- Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in working with large data sets.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting domain is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandatory).
- Problem-solving skills and capacity to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
