Accountabilities

 

  1. Have a good understanding of the customers we serve and build customer empathy for the issues and challenges they face.
  2. Work directly with customers and the business to define product roadmaps that enable the business to meet its growth and vision goals. Learn how to effectively use tools such as a Product board to give shape to a product roadmap.
  3. Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  4. Manage stakeholders’ expectations by keeping all relevant stakeholders up to date on project results. Learn to effectively use tools such as Azure DevOps and Monday.com to better manage project deliverables.
  5. Share your customer knowledge and insights by collaborating closely with developers to deliver planned functionalities and with Quality Assurance engineers to achieve excellence.
  6. Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
  7. Ensure relevant documents are prepared and shared timely with all relevant stakeholders.
  8. Deliver the following artifacts as needed:
  • Functional/business requirements document, supporting mapping documents, and use cases.
  • Strategic test plans and test cases in concert with the QA team.
  • Ensure functional requirements are signed off by all key stakeholders.

 

Requirements

 

  1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science, management, or related disciplines.
  2. Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in working with large data sets.
  3. Knowledge of finance and accounting domain is preferred
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  5. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandatory).
  7. Problem-solving skills and capacity to work independently as well as in a team.
  8. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
